Villa Cimbrone sits on the edge of Ravello, high above the Amalfi Coast, a gentle walk from the town's main square. Its gardens are legendary, and the Terrace of Infinity, lined with marble busts, looks straight out over the sea.
Most ceremonies take place in the Tea Room, an open-air colonnade, or in the rose garden, with cocktails on the Terrace of Infinity and a beautiful Gothic crypt as the dinner room or rain plan. Civil ceremonies usually happen at Ravello town hall first.
Photographing your wedding here
Cimbrone is pure romance. I would photograph the walk from Ravello through the little lanes, the ceremony in the colonnade and then portraits on the Terrace of Infinity as the coast turns gold. It is one of the most beautiful places in Italy for photos.

Legal civil ceremonies are usually held at Ravello town hall, and many couples then have a symbolic ceremony at the villa.
Only on foot, about a 12 to 15 minute walk from Ravello's Piazza Duomo, which is part of the charm.
Usually in the Tea Room colonnade or the rose garden, with cocktails on the Terrace of Infinity.
